Mr. Sudhir Kumar Ray, an article of P. Srinivasan & Co- Madras, passed his final CA in the year 1992. After a brief spell of service career in companies like IndoRama Synthetics Ltd and some abroad assignments he entered the field of practice. He has a vast experience in the filed of audit and taxation. Either as an employee or working on assignment basis he has directly handled statutory / internal audits of reputed companies like Reliance Industries Ltd, HLL, CitiBank, Bharat Co-op Bank, Indo Nationals Ltd, WS Insulators Ltd, etc to name a few. He’s been the key to facilitate our services in the commercial capital of the country and himself, an expert in the field of internal auditing and management consultancy.

Sunil Kumar Baraj, FCA

Mr. Sunil Kumar Baraj, an article of Singhi & Co. Kolkata, passed CA final exam in the year 1993. A short stint in service sector and thereafter, joined the CA profession in the year 1995 as a team leader of one of the reputed CA firms in Orissa. During his stint as a team leader, he conducted a number of statutory/internal audits of public sector organizations, namely, Steel Authority Of India, Industrial Development Corporation, IPICOL, IDCO etc. He has developed expertise in the field of auditing of all forms, particularly in corporate and banking sectors.
